The thing about body con (aka body conscious) dresses is…you have to be body con (aka body confident) to wear them. With barely a molecule between skin and dress, I don’t think I could dare to wear one to a dinner party (because hey, I like to eat – food babies happen).
On the flip side, because I have recently been on a balls-to-the-wall health and fitness kick, I would almost opt to wear a body con dress every day.
I know I will a) never have the body of Miranda Kerr and b) always have a curvy bum and hips, but when I see my strength and endurance on an upward trajectory it makes me want to celebrate my efforts. Life is too short to not get a little body con.
